Fantastic online charity devoted to sustainable development which is sensitive to climate-change. AVIF operates online & onsite volunteering, helping to bridge the technological divide and endeavouring to achieve the Millenium Development Goals within rural Kenya. It was from an AVIF placement that the Mercy Home Foundation originated.
UK-based charity providing schooling facilities, teachers and support for families and their children in two villages near Mombasa, Kenya through individual sponsors of children, fundraising events and onsite help. In the last 8 years they have raised enough to build two schools and really transform the local area. A template for the Mercy Home Foundation!
